One Stone Many Birds: Way Too Smart!
Ten months is a very crazy update cycle if just for Nikon D40x along. Nikon D40x has got to be the shortest DSLR life cycle ever for a Nikon DSLR!
It seems that Nikon will keep the D40 in the production line as an entry level DSLR for a while, logically. Maybe the Nikon D40X is too close to the D80. Furthermore, the other manufacturers also have 10 megapixel cameras in the same price range.
I bet on, only one mid-range new camera body rolling out in a flash. Not sure if it is Nikon D60 or D90 to replace both the D40X and the D80, and come up with one mid range camera in the same price range between entry level DSLR D40 like the other brands for the other camera companies. But it is sure there is something going on.

才十個月 看起來是一個很瘋狂的更新週期 如果只是為了Nikon D40x 的話 在Nikon 世界的產品週期裡 Nikon D40x 一定是最短壽命的DSLR !
從邏輯上看起來 Nikon 將保留D40 的生產線作為最低階DSLR 一陣子 或許是Nikon D40x 太接近Nikon D80 了 此外 其它製造商也有10MP 照相機在同樣價格範圍
我的直覺認為 只有一台中階新照相機機身馬上會現身 但不能肯定是Nikon D60 或是D90 用來一口氣同時取代D40X 和D80 並且達到一臺中階相機比照其它品牌相機公司在同樣價格範圍介於在最低階DSLR D40之間 但是 肯定地 的確像是激戰前的鴨子滑水
